Wilderness Bride – Terms & Conditions
(In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 – UK)
1. Overview
These terms and conditions govern all purchases made through Wilderness Bride. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
2. Product Types
- Bespoke Dresses: Custom garments designed specifically for the client, based on personal measurements and design preferences.
- Made-to-Order Dresses: Dresses made in a standard style but produced specifically for the customer upon order.
- Ready-to-Wear Dresses: Pre-made garments available for immediate purchase in standard sizes.
3. Product Description & Fabric Variation
All garments are described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of working with luxury and often limited-quantity fabrics, Wilderness Bride reserves the right to make minimal changes to fabric selection or embellishments should stock become unavailable.
Any changes will be made with quality and aesthetic in mind and will not materially affect the look or feel of the finished garment.
Clients will be notified where possible of any changes prior to production.
4. Order Cancellations & Changes
- Ready-to-Wear: Cancellations accepted within 14 days if the item has not yet been dispatched.
- Made-to-Order & Bespoke: Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order. After this, due to the personalised nature of the product, cancellations cannot be accepted.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Ready-to-Wear: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original, unworn, and unaltered condition with tags intact. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Made-to-Order & Bespoke: Due to the personalised nature of these items, returns or refunds are not accepted, unless the item is found to be faulty or not as described.
All returns must comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles customers to a full refund, repair, or replacement if the product is proven to be faulty within 30 days.
6. Fit & Alterations
Made-to-order and bespoke dresses are created using client-supplied measurements or in-person fittings. We do not guarantee a perfect fit unless a full bespoke service (including fittings) is used. Alterations are not included in the price unless otherwise stated.
7. Faults & Repairs
If an item is found to be faulty, Wilderness Bride will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence and a description of the fault.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and imagery remain the intellectual property of Wilderness Bride and may not be reproduced without permission.
