“Unveiling Wilderness Bride: A Forbidden Fruit Garden of Eden Collection.”

They lived in paradise in total innocence until the serpent (the devil) enticed them to eat the forbidden fruit from the tree of knowledge.”

Inspired by the lingerie brand Bella’s Dead, I set about with the theme ‘The Garden of Eden’ from the bible. The story of the forbidden fruit was one that has always fascinated me and so I explored the aesthetic and how I could translate this to the set design, styling and also some of the veil names.

The veils - wilderness bride is vintage inspired and our veils are a mixture of Juliett caps, long veils and mini veils. Slightly alternative without being gothic. unusual and yet ethereal, quirky but entirely elegant.

Embodying the mystique of forbidden desires, our veil collection features intricately designed pieces that evoke the allure of the Garden of Eden. From cascading tulle veils adorned with delicate lace appliqués to ethereal Juliet caps whispering secrets of temptation.

Styling- Selecting elegant pieces of lingerie as outfits to showcase viels. This way, a bride can imagine her own dress with the veil.

The set: Heather from @livingvolourflowers created some beautiful cloche based displays which blew my mind, filled with golden apples and fruits and surrounded by foliage. Heather even erected a makeshift tree inside the studio in order to capture the images I had in mind, it was perfect!

I chose to style the veils with lingerie brands such as Bluebella and The Rosie Huntington-Whitley collection from Marks & Spencer.
